I used HDD regenerator and worked great for me. My HDD has 550 bad sectors and the tool repaired all of them. I ran the scan again and I had only a few bad sectors left. Overall, I was nable to extract all the info I needed and that was totally worth the 60 bucks I paid for the software

Data recovery software is really a good thing, MiniTool data recovery software is a good choice for you. It is easy to use and it is efficient.. some of the editions are absolutely FREE!!!!!!!!you can have a try.

,thanx for this great informative vid,
i have a problem , my laptop fell down and the hard drive didn't work or recognized by the laptop. accidentally it was recognized by another laptop when connected and i tried to format it (thinking that it might fix the problem) but the format was not completed and stopped at 90% in 2 times trying , and now i can do nothing to it with such valuable information on it , no software no hardware... what can i do and where is the problem , plz

@anasalwash Thanks. Glad you found it useful.
At this point, it is probably best to send out your drive to Gillware. There's a link on the video notes.

i had 657 bad sectors from HDD regenerator, i have to keep formatting because i get corruptions in my programs/registry so i cant open any apps/files also the PC randomly reboots, do you think i need a new HD? its 4 years old SATA. i cant run the samsung diagnostic from a bootable CD because i dont know how to prepare a bootable CD, its friggen complicated. (dont have a floppy drive).

@CityHunter84 That's a lot of bad sectors. I would try sending it out to a company that specializes in data recovery. I like Gillware. I have a referral code in the video notes.
