Sacred

The idea for this video came from hearing this song; I love this version and it inspired me to dig out some of my photographs and compile them into something that seemed to suit the song.

Although I find my spirituality in Nature I decided to make this video a compilation of photographs I have taken of various, and as diversified as possible, human-made spiritual spaces, events, objects & symbols. (I would like to have had more variety but did my best with photos I have taken). These are places that are not necessarily spiritual to me, but are spiritual to others, and are places I admire for their beauty and the hope or faith they inspire in others.

These photos were taken in East Anglia, England during my two visits there and in the USA including New York City, New Jersey (where I'm originally from), Connecticut and in Arizona (where I now live).

I hope you enjoy, this is only my 3rd try with movie maker so be gentle :). Thanks for watching!

@LilyAZ Seems like everything fell apart with the demise of the MSN Groups. I like this for the videos, both watching and making them. Have you checked out the ones where I am singing with the band? Sorry to hear about the furry buddies, but there will always be more at sometime that will need a good home, that is all we can do for them. Laters ---Smokin' John
