  • Interesting point on people who have B12 problems. Youre right, the gut flora and malabosorption causes those problems. I plan to go back to my raw vegan ways, your tests give me confidence. For curiousity what'd your testosterone levels show up as?

  • @wordey123 Testostorone was 21. Smack bang in the middle range but pretty high for an ultra endurance athlete. Most of the guys I race with supplement testostorone from their doctor

  • vitamin B12 can not be synthesized by animals it is created by the bacteria that are on raw unwashed fruits and vegetables

  • Dude, you have to take these blood test videos down. Do you have any idea how difficult it is going to be for the haters to hate on you now? You'll always have the videos to back yourself up to prove your claims.

    What are they going to hate on now? They'll have nothing left. Their lives will be meaningless if they can't hate. Don't take that away from them man, it's all they have.

  • @durianriders What would we eat if we wanted our testosterone levels higher? Sometimes I have difficulty keeping my testosterone up because I am lifting 4 times a day. Any help mate?

  • If I had a million dollars I would send you $100,000 of it right now! You have SO changed my life. I have been raw vegan for three days now. I have never succeeded at raw until your emphatic videos. The reason being that I wasn't getting enough carbs and STARVING! Your videos made me realize I NEED the carbs I was craving- that's why I was craving them! I feel so liberated. Exercise is much easier just within three days. I HAD to ride my bike this morning!! :-) I love you. Thank you.

  • Yes the B12 issue keeps coming up. About 40% of people are B12 deficient and less than 5% of people are vegetarians. The problem is as you age you loose your ability to absorb B12 from food. This is called atrophic gastritis which means the stomach secretes less hydrochloric acid, pepsin and intrinsic factor that are needed to absorb B12. This is very common in people who hit middle age. All people should take B12 regardless of whether you are a vegan or meat eater.

  • Oh yeah, how come your B12 level is so HIGH? Did your Doctor say anything about it?
