I total ism lost a nice vehicle in a car accident for this reason. I had new Michelin tires at the front. and warm at the rear (big mistake).and it was raining exactly like the video is showing!!! GREAT VIDEO !!!

@maestroman2 Steering into the skid is irrelevant here. That car was already around in under a second - no human being has response times that can deal with that.

@maxelectrofilth there fuckin ford taurus's what do you think......

yes, you should change all the tires at the same time.
but if you only change two tires, then you should put it on the rear..
it may increase your braking distance, but you can always anticipate that by braking earlier and keep the safe distance with the vehicle in front of you..
but, i'm sure most of common driver could not anticipate oversteering.so that's why new tires should place on the rear.
it's safer..

Look at when the blue Taurus spins, the driver isn't even counter steering and is actually turning into the spin, causing the car to spin in the first place.
-
you should test also the breaking. The new tires should be in the front wheels. The conclusion is that you should change all the tires at the same time....

Are the cars RWD or FWD?
It doesn't matter whether vehicles are FWD or RWD. The effect is the same

@kbmotorsport1
i think it represent the actual condition.
most of common driver didn't know what to do when they have oversteer, so they didn't do the countersteering..
or, they have slow reaction during the oversteer, that cause the car is already spin around, and there's nothing include the countersteer nor shift the weight to te rear, could help..
well, most of common driver is not highly skilled driver..
