I will never get over the loss of my children.. illegally taken from me. Now my son is almost 18 and his nightmare is almost over but my daughter is 12 and they put her in a mental hospital because they said she was depressed over losing her family... This post came up in a search for "Judicial Immunity". My 2 cent on the subject is that we need to strip judges of it. Not totally/completely mind you. You can't have people running around filing frivolous lawsuits against judges, but "blanket immunity" inherently undemocratic, basically turning judges into "kings" with little or no accountability to anybody/the people they WORK for. Perhaps a civilian oversight committee with power to decide when/when not to allow judicial immunity.

the govt wants to cut spending, STOP CPS FROM GETTING MONEY FOR SELLING CHILDREN! My son is turning 19 this year, and they refuse to tell him where I am! CPS needs to die out completly!
