You apparently misunderstand the acquisition of Israeli citizenship. Israeli law makes it possible for most Jews to obtain oleh visas that will allow them to take up residence in Israel and then acquire citizenship. However, unless and until someone goes through the formalities, Israeli citizenship is not acquired. Unless you can show that Lieberman has gone through this procedure, you have no basis to claim that he has Israeli citizenship.
