So what is it then?! Oh please- its ignorant minded people like yourself which is why this world is so corrupted! And I think you'd find that there are more black people and ethnic minorities in the world than white people, but just haven't been given the opportunity to be in positions of power!

Some of the comments show that some people don't know the true definition of racism. Racism is all about power and the power one race has over another. White people although not the majority are the most powerful race in most countries (if not most countries THE WORLD) so they are the only race of people that can be racist. However all races can be predjudice, but if we were to be honest a lot of predujice shown by minorities is a response to racism.

Yes, EVERY ACTION HAS A REACTION!! The relationships between black and white in the uk is so fickle. How do interracial relationships work based on love when there's so much hatred?! I couldn't as a black woman date a white guy, knowing racism is felt amongst white people! I don't see white people making a stand and defending us as a black race, because they are the dominating race, that is why I feel a white person who is not seen to want to make a stand towards racial equality- is a racist!

If you feel less than a White person, then that is completely down to you. You have to stop feeling sorry for yourself and stop crying about the bad White people out to get you and make something of yourself. Believe me, there's plenty of government legislation that favours Black people in getting jobs

That's one of the most racist things I've ever heard! There are loads of Black characters in lots of different U.K shows. Why would you want an all Black show? What the hell is this "Conditioning System" you talk about where Black people are supposedly put on a lower level?.............

Actually Jane Elliott's whole teaching is on not judging people by the Colour of their skin, which is what that statement of yours does. Next point: "Living in the U.K hasn't been easy". You've gotta be joking right? The U.K is one of the most race tolerant countries on the Planet! You should go to South East Asia for a Holiday and see how yr.........

Non-White people make up around 5% of the Population of Britain and 4% of M.P's are Non White (which is extremely close to proportional). @NateNH You are absolutely right. There's no comparison. It's exactly like the study. The term "blue eyes" could never have the impact on the entitled group that the term "brown eyes" had on the discounted. To one, any slur, no matter how rude, only confirms social entitlement. To the other any slur, no matter how light, reinforces discount.

Racism aside, it's a vivid display of just how effectively simple propaganda tactics can so easily justify any injustice. People love to believe themselves supremely entitled. It's justified slavery, even genocide. I am especially cautious of anything sounding like a vague pep rally chant. Things like "support our troops" "war on terrorism" "defending our freedom". These discourage "unpatriotic" thoughts of how it might feel to have foreign flags stomping through our yard. It justifies anything.

All races can discriminate, theres no disputing that be as we have seen through the years is that racism needs power of which white people have more of than any other race. It still amazes me the fact that people think that discrimination that white people recieve is at the same magnitude as blacks, asians etc.
