My 30 Day Isagenix Update

This is my video after the 30 day Isagenix cleanse. My results were excellent, motivating me to continue on my quest for sustainable health. My final measurements are in inches lost over the 30 days.
Neck-1
Upper Arm-1(on each arm)
Chest-3.25
Rib Cage-3
Waist-3.75
Abdomen-4.25
Buttocks-3
Upper Thigh-1.5(each thigh)
Calf-1(each calf)

And a total loss of 16lbs

cddorcas1: Congrats on your success. I did the 30-day program. It helped me lose some weight, but not as much as I expected. I had already changed my lifestyle over 1 year ago, so I am very disappointed in the product and my results. Cleanse Days were a nightmare and the liquid products tasted horrible. This program cost me $350. It was NOT worth the money. It wasn't worth half the money.

@AkeakamaiTheFirst I am not an Isagenix rep. so I am not trying to sell anyone on the product. I went from eating horribly, about as bad as you can, to using Isagenix along with greens and lean meats. The product was more of a tool for me to lose weight fast which is a fantastic motivator. There are people like you who may find the products useless, and I applaud you on being able to make the changes naturally and with will power. I did love the energy it gave me, and Ionix is magic for recovery

@AyoCapoWon Yes the products are great and do work, but I advise to only use them when you are completely ready to commit to a lifestyle change. You will never get results you want if you are not motivated to follow the plan. I did work out at home almost daily, the Ionix is a miracle juice that will help your body heal when you work out. I took a shot after every hard workout and was never sore the next day which allowed me to work out daily. Good luck!

Good for you! I did the 9 day plan, and your tip about not so much water in the cleanse helped a lot. I'm going to do another 9 day plan then I'll try the 30 day one. lol I love the chocolate shake too, next time I will try vanilla with the fruit. thanks for suggesting those other channels, I will look them up too. I use coconut oil for a lot of things too. It is good stuff. Great video very informative

How about this...

How about Americans that want to get wealthy do a few things:

1) Face the reality that very few without elite skills/an elite education will gain much wealth now that the housing bubble is burst.

2) Face the reality most of the reason they cannot build wealth has to do with debt and spending. You SHOULD NEVER have a car payment...NEVER. You should NEVER have a debt that is accruing interest payments of over 4-6%...

3) You need to get a real numbers/science based education.

Hey there, I'm from Vancouver BC. I am in week 3 of my 30 day cleanse. I seem to have hit a wall on my weight loss which is very frustrating. I am a paraplegic & as a result the working out for me is somewhat limited (with a personal trainer). Did you ever find that during your cleanse that your weight loss hit a wall? What did you do about it? Great videos.
