Fighting Hunger in America

Based on your votes on Twitter, and with the support of the YouTube Community, the LA Regional Foodbank has received the funds to acquire and distribute 10,000 pounds of food. That's over 7,900 meals or over 1,900 families helped.

You do realize that the reason a lot of poor people are larger or obese is because of the quality of their food, not the quantity? They can't afford to buy salads or organic food so they eat $1 meals from McDonalds. Just because a person is obese doesn't mean they're abusing the system.

mother teresa wasnt friend of poor he was friend of poverty, he had dictator friends, he OPPOSED the liberation of women from religion. He opposed making women more powerful and not just baby machines. WE now know that if women are equal citizens the poverty gets removed Mother teresa OPPOSED that.

Mother Teresa once said, “Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person who has nothing to eat.” However America’s hungry are unwanted, unloved, uncared for, and have been forgotten by other citizens. We are neglecting our fellow Americans, and need to act now, before it’s too late.

just because you are fat does not mean you have a lot of food, and just because there is a high percentage of of overweight people in america (or any other country) does not imply that there is no poverty/hunger
