I think you may be missing the point of the sermon on the mount as well. Jesus was advocating turning the other cheek in the context of a brutal Roman occupation characterized by violence and extortion. It was horrible, and the Jews hated it, and it would have been absolutely shocking for him to say that to his contemporaries. So yeah, we should protect ourselves, but I absolutely think Jesus would say turn the cheek to terrorists.

I'm sure you've heard many praises for this video, and I too agree - except for one oversight you have made. The Pentagon is creating the terror. In addition to our long history of creating terror events, we can now add 9-11. I'm surprised you aren't aware that Bin Laden was meeting with the CIA in a Dubai hospital just days before September 11th of 2001, and two months later - the number 3 Al-CIA-da was meeting with officials at the Pentagon over a meal as they celebrated.

@MrBigYum You have made good points in your posts. I would guess that the goofy document the party like, oh say, the tea baggers don't even mention that bush took away six tenths of our bill of rights, or that no religious test shall be required in order to hold office. That document? Hell, I saw some of them take out the pledge of "allegiance", or even better, the dec. of ind. out of their pockets at one of these rallies(their denturecream fell out in the process).
