Just watched that video again wow!! Alighted changed since that build. Yes the audio need to be canned. We are starting a new project I'n Jan 2012 and it will be totally crazy!! We used Electric door poppers mounted inside the door. Our other video "door solenoid poppers" shows it more in depth; hope that helps you. We also have a video that explains how wire the solenoids.

You need to plug weld the holes and then you can use the kittyhair after that. the holes need to be welded up DONT FORGET!! to weld it first.

nice....but can you cut the music and provide commentary instead ? i would really like to hear details such as temp on welder, sanding grit of wheel, type of bondo, ect....your work always looks great and i would like a better idea of how you do it....or do you give those details somewhere else and i missed it ? please keep the videos coming...i really like them...

Bondo right on top of metal? Not to be a hater but I believe you should of put some primer/sealer down first.
