Lord Shiva in lion form : Lord Sarabeshwarar... the consort of Prathyangira Devi. He takes a forms which combines human, bird and lion... CHECK IT OUT : )

Actually.. Lord Shiva has taken form as a lion.. one example of a lion form he took is Lord Sarabeshwarar (part lion, human and bird)..
