Bringing a new employee on board can be labor intensive, particularly in larger organizations or those with high staff turnover.
In this short demo the process is automated with NetIQ Aegis: The hiring manager submits a new user request. A service desk request is created. The assets database is checked for available hardware and software are assigned to the new user. The new user is created in Active Directory and assigned to groups. The account details are sent to the hiring manager and the new user is sent a welcome email.
