Gloriously sung-- tempo too slow in A section!

Leontyne Price singing this aria from Alceste is for me the definitive version. Her voice is spectacular, with a dark timbre and regal air that can't be compared to any singer today. I'm also very fond of Shirley Verrett and Jessye Norman singing this aria.
