Pinnacle Studio 11 HQ Settings + Sony Vegas pro 9.0 Rendering settings

I decided to make a tutorial for you guys incase youve had any problems with rendering and settings on Pinnacle or Sony vegas.

lol you are stupid PAL is for the U.K and U.S is NTSC I know this because I had an american xbox that played ntsc games and my pal tv displayed it in black and white so i had to get a ntsc compatible tv for colour

nstc is for usa pal is for uk m8t lol

I can no longer create an AVI file. no error message, nothing at all, it just won't do anything. Any ideas please.
