I think the song is about Charles Manson. Some say A.T.W.A. stands for = Air, Trees, Water, Animals. and that is was an environmental group headed by Manson. Other people say it was something that Mansons followers used and it actually stood for All, the, way, alive.. like, a higher state of living or something.. Pretty damn good song no matter what it means...
