Some users may have to bridge their connections this can be done by highlighting both options under LAN/High Speed Internet and right clicking. then select bridge connections. Other users may have to restart their computer/laptop each time they want to turn on live. That is how it is for me.
This is an audio and visual tutorial on how to connect Xbox 360 to Xbox live using a laptop or computer with wireless internet. You will need a ethernet cable as well.
Thanks for the god saving short video did wat u said but still had to move the local conn with a network bridge but jus the local not the wireless nd had to change security settings but it works =D

Help My when i try to bridge my connection it says the following(To Create a Network Bridge you must select a least 2 LAN or High speed connections that are not used by internet connection sharing.} Any Tips, I am using Windows Vista SP1 Laptop.
