it was doing around 350 because the last turn off is 1/2 a mile after the finish line and at that point he was still accelerating past there

I doubt he was going 350. All he had to do is check the front wheel speed on the computer.

I was in a mini cooper with him when he got from Coppull to Chorley in about 3mins to get to the chippy before it shut !! Now that was scary !! Circa 1979 !! Did you know he would never do a bungee jump !! Oh the irony !!
