Screw the sequal and screw the game. All you ever need to truly appreciate the greatness of Starship Troopers is in the original. The first is where it began, and for me, it's where it dies too. Here is a tribute to that greatness.

ST was a bloody good film. The political satire, propoganda, beautifully shot scenes, CGI.... all worked seamlessly. The heavy violence and gore was cool too. ST2 was so bloody awful I nearly had a nervous breakdown. ST3 is apparently straight to DVD, which is not good because it means it'll be another shit storm. Johny Rico is back, but he is a B-Movie actor :( I enjoyed his performance in ST but... with a different director? Different budget and overall different cast.... I dunno... :(

i agree with that the first one had the best graphics and storyline the other two focused on the politicians but the first one shows heart and how troopers faught as a team

I couldn't agree more. I have never left a movie wanting so much more yet knowing it would never be equal to the original.
Starcraft 1 and 2 are how Starship Troopers lives on in my heart. Tarren vs Zerg all the way.

well that was so cool man when i was little i wanted to join the moblie infantry on starship troopers but when someone told me it was not real i was so upset and i lost the love for the film but this little film of yours has brought that back for me thx. :)
