YAMAM (Israeli SWAT) Article

The video is basically a news article about the Israeli SWAT unit, called YAMAM in Hebrew.

The video is in Hebrew, so here's a short summary:

Due to lessons learned in Moscow they decided to reach high levels in that situation where there's a large number of terrorists, dead and hostages. They understood they need to work on new abilities.
In Moscow's theater the Russian commando used a sleeping gas that caused many injuries, the YAMAM builds on the rare abilities of its fighters that can (so they promise) kill the terrorists in seconds by selective shooting in impossible conditions even in case of an unconventional attack.

Later on, they explain about the training the fighters go trough, and how does the YAMAM choose the very small percent (11 out of 800) to serve there.
