Stop paying attention with his head and start thinking about his project and what he has to say, if you have such a problem, either don't watch and read it at the website, or put something up in front of his face. Stop complaining. You're obviously a kid.

Some people learn better when they see someone talking as the voice plays. I don't see his head as a problem. In fact, I must admit it helps with the understanding.

If you're not seeing the subtitles trying going to the little white triangle in the bottom right of the youtube player - click on it, and CC (for closed captioning) should appear as an option. You need to have the CC function turned on.
