  • maybe the best film director of all time.

  • I watch Akira Kurosawa movies on TCM-Turner Classic Movies as for Ran I watch it on Sundance Channel

  • Immenso

  • Good job at your lame attempts at haiku, TCM. I guess no one cares that Toshiro Mifune's birthday was on April 1. (is bitter)

  • Booo, the version of TCM in the UK just show rubbish nowadays; none of these excellent films are on.

  • I think it's funny they included a clip from that goofy dream sequence in Drunken Angel with the axe. Good movie, but that scene was horrible, like a low budget horror movie or something. I bet he cringed after viewing that later in his career.

  • Lucky!!! Haha.

  • I just joined an anarchist library this week and they got all the Kurosawa films on DVD. I'm allowed to borrow one at a time absolutely free. Suuuch a good find.

  • I have it at my house, but not at my dorm at school. And its just too expensive to buy all these films.
