Washington D.C., May 11, 2011 - Bruce Fein testifies on behalf of Campaign for Liberty before the U.S. House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security. The hearing was named, "USA Patriot Act: Dispelling the Myths". In this video, Fein fields questions from Rep. Trey Gowdy (SC-4).
During the full committee markup of H.R. 1800, by a vote of 22-13, the House Judiciary Committee voted in favor of extending the "business records" provision and "roving wiretap" authority until December 31, 2017, and to make the "lone wolf" provision permanent.
Rep. Trey Gowdy (SC-4) voted AYE to the extension.

Gowdy got completely owned by Fein...it was comical because Godwy would be proving Fein's points and then trying to string in different situations(like with the suspension of rights when you violate a law and safety laws for LEOs should the need to speak with someone)...it was like watching the Discovery Channel and a hawk sitting in a tree observing prey, Gowdy was a fat field mouse that got completely killed by Fein.
