In this part of the free yoga class video series, I teach many excellent kundalini yoga exercises and techniques. This video contains yoga exercises to shape and tone your abs and stomach. In addition there are exercises to improve your flexibility and strengthen your entire nervous system.
Several yogic locks and yoga breathing techniques are also demonstrated in the video. This part now completes the 4 part video series, so now you can practice a full yoga class from end to end with me for free :-).
