You would think that wanted people would be arrested imediatly before or after they race. For example in GX, you would think they would at least try to arrest Black Shadow after the race in Ch. 7. Okay maybe not Black Shadow just because he's Black Shadow, but maybe someone like Pico... Yeah. I think get why they don't now. XD
