The car is an Auburn Speedster and it was created by well known automotive designer Gordon Buehrig. Original examples go for $200,000+ so I'm pretty sure this is one of the many replicas that have been produced. It is seen here in stock configuration with the exception of wheels, tires and radical lowering.
