Well i left this camera on a small tripod by the window and just let it take pictures every 30 seconds, i can't remember how long i left it there for, but for a few hours i think from around 3pm to 6pm of photos its just 13 seconds long. I have never tried the timelapse function before on this camera so i just wanted to try hahaha. Only problem with this camera when using timelapse is the battery life, i don't think it can last for to long.

  • Adiemus by Enya.... its at the end of the video.... but anyway its real nice eh?

  • How do you transfer Videos? I can't really understand how D:

  • well it was saved onto my SD card so i just drag and dropped.... i think there is a way to do a live recording straight onto your computer.. but i am not sure

  • when you transferred to you computer, did you lose any frames?

  • Hi, i didn't lose any frames. You can change the time intervals in between taking the pictures though. Such as 30 seconds per photo, or 1 hour per photo etc. The resolution looks bad, because i have to make it smaller for Youtube.

  • Im looking into buying a nikon p5100, i know you used one, in your opinion is it good for night sky time lapse mainly and sunrise and sunset. thanks.

  • @PivAd123 through USB wire perhaps

  • Awesome video! I've had the P5100 for like 2 years and I never discovered that feature until last night.

  • Hmm, thanks anyways. I asked because I need to find a faster way to transfer.

  • oh yeah!!!! i love this song and i was at dance and i danced on this song and i wanan dance angain :D and thx a loat!!!!!1

  • Thanks. I have the same camera and set it for 30sec and left it on for maybe 20 min as my nephew ate a bowl of pudding... on the camera, it plays back with all the frames, but when copy the avi to my computer and play it back, it's missing frames. I was seeing if this ever happened to you.
