@petiatilcxhtdi No, this is an actual voiceover guy named Paul Turner. He's done voiceover work for television stations across the United States.

I believe the guy who does the voiceovers is actually Al Ruschel, however i think they change the pitch of his voice (lower), if you watch enough, you may notice the same inflection of the voice matches Al Ruschel's (also Al is one of the only original anchors left, aside from Alan Winfield [who only works on call])
