  • @markenhagen You don't want a big serving of fruit because of the sugar. So any vegetables that are sugars, just pay attention to how they affect you. If you eat 20 strawberries in 1 sitting, it will probably make your ADHD go crazy. If you eat a few and then ate more later, it shouldn't affect you as much.

    Fruits and vegetables are very important to have in your diet.

  • You mentioned in one adhd video to restrict the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat and in this video you say to eat produce? Im confused. You also seem confused on this issue. Can you explain?
