hello there I got the solution ... all what u have to do is ... change the network
try to download it from friends network and its work ... i dont know why but its work with me i did it more then once !! or download GUI patch ... Happy jailbreak =)

1 try to use cellular data(3g-edge) <<< turn off your wifi
2 the oboist of 1
3 try to use other wifi accuses-point ( like your friend home or family)

All you have to do once you have the Hackulos source install the GUI Patch and it will work
