You can think I'm an idiot or something if you want, but I don't get the video. It has next to nothing to do with the lyrics. Can anyone explain what's going on in it?

Yes they are Swedish.. They are/were juat extremely poplular in Japan in the late 90´s.. Mostly because some of their songs were used in the game Dance Dance Revolution (DDR)
