By the time Stephanie came round to shoot video I had answered that question at least 10 times. We thought it would be good to capture on video. It can now serve as an historical frequently asked question.

Paragraph 15 asks the Court for permission to have the April Election programming/data be overwritten (and thus destroyed) with programming/data specific to the recount.

Thanks John, good explanation. Your assumption is right about selling an "upgrade" from the discontinued technology. Multinational companies do it all the time... Micro$oft implemented the idea beautifully.
