  • Very nice presentation well done.

  • Wonderful, peaceful country,..I love Grand Harbour,..all the bad guys have tried to take this place and left with their tails between their legs, I,m pleased that these people now have their country to themselves, God knows they deserve it.

  • My rock, 1st God blessed Israel and second Malta was blessed

  • Simply Beautiful...I was born in another country with Maltese born parents but Malta is me and can't wait to visit again next year...Love you always.

  • @TheJesusisLORDamen Many of these people were taken as slaves after the temple was destroyed in 70A.D. They may not know this. Romans took the Hebrews here...you are right!

  • in fact the word meli we have Maltese people who got their surname MELI!! bet our honey is good yep.. thanks again for uploading!!!

  • @tottinaster did you know that malta comes from the greek word meli. meaning honey. apparently you have good honey?. lovely place. love from cyprus. :)

  • (continued) I was enjoying a spot of leave there and planning to visit more of the sights, I was supping a glass of wine in Jessies bar at St. Andrew's when in comes a corporal and says pack your kit you're going home. 3 hours later I was at the RAF Station and flew out the next day in a York. I felt a little sad as we flew over Malta and Gozo. I have very fond memories of Malta not least being able to look at all those beautiful young girls as they walked along Sliema seafront.

  • I spent 10 months on the island in 1954-55 with the Royal Marines. I loved every minute of it. I was based first at St. Patrick's Barracks and then St. Andrews. There was a tiny British bar at St. Julians called the Coach and Horses. After a night out in Sliema we would walk back to barracks calling at the "chippy" in St. Joulians for delicious egg banjoes. On Christmas Day and New Years Eve 1954 I was on Palace Guard in Valetta. The Governer sent us over a pack of 200 senior service ciggies.

  • Nice pix.... But Human Life did NOT start from here Malta and not 7200 years ago neither, our civilisation takes us back to around 5400 even older than the Egyptian pyramids even older than civilisation in Greece.

Civilisation altogether is not more than 6000 years
