Colortune

Setting the mixture on my ERA Turbo Mini using a Gunson Colortune. Very usefull as you can put the Colortune plug in each individual cylinder and see how the mixture is burning. Blue is correct mixture, Yellow too rich and White/Blue too lean.

ridiculous.

A tune that could prove catastrophic is under load.

@technikmotorsport On an SU the mixture screw raises or lowers the jet adjusting the mixture through the entire rev range but yes I understand what you mean it's really only a very crude and rough guide to the mixture. It would be nice to see the combustion colour at full throttle, full but that would probably melt the plug pretty quickly
