the only problem is that this video could very easily be faked. because its just a voice thats heard which could easily have been some nutty guy hiding in the corner with a mic. but i believe its real as its probably not hard these days to come up with face recognition

the algorithm is still robust if the person is smiling, but probably it would fail if the person stick out the tongue

Very nice humanoid! Are you selling or leasing the REEM-A yet? Is it programmable using the new Microsoft Robotics Studio?

At the moment the REEM-A run on Linux only. We are considering to rent/sell the second prototype, REEM-B, that will be presented at the end of 2007.
