This moving video looks at the 52 people buried in the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery at Illogan, Cornwall, UK, and as we linger by each grave tells, if known, how they made the ultimate sacrifice in the cause of freedom. We meet airmen from RAF Portreath and RAF Perranporth, plus others from airfields further afield, Merchant Seamen, members of the Royal Artillery, the Royal Army Ordnance Corps, the ATS and the Commando. They come from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Czechoslovakia, Scotland, England and even Illogan.
For ease of viewing the video has been uploaded in 6 parts. Those featured in each part are:
