I agree with you! That is a great course,
I use it and it works! I did get this program
from a friend to check it and the result was
stunning cause this program is the same as
one given by dietician. Anyway, you got the
name of the site mispelled. That should be:

this is the most pointless video i've ever watched.

@ruben71988 er you MUST workout in order to get muscle....drinking protein wont get u any muscle....ONLY if you work out and drinking it altogether!
-
sir, you can get musccle by drinking that or you have to keep excercisesing? plzzzz answer.. nice video anyway

The yolk contains about 5 grams of fat and 3 grams of protein where as the egg white only, contains mostly protein and practically little to no fat. Cutting out the fat lets you also set up your diet easier and replacing it with other healthier fats like omega fats.
-
the yolk contains alot of fat and cholestorl and some fatty stuff, the egg is 0 everything except protein, so its basically pure protein your drinking

its not bad, but if you dont workout i dont recommend it, after intense workouts drink a glass of protein shake and youll be set, itll repair your muslces and is great, it will work but again you have to workout, and if you buy protein powder i recommend gold standard whey or AMP wheybolic extreme 60

Should i buy protein shakes ? I need to get fit and since i dont eat the right food will this work for me? and are protein shakes bad 4 me? i just turned 17

does anyone know why its only egg whites and not the whole egg (like the yolk too?)
thankss
-
lol your damn right the guy is not buff at all and uses all these proteins lol
My advice to this guy is "spend your money on beef and whole eggs, not on those no fat no carbs egg whites! you need those saturated fats in beef and whole eggs to support your testosterone levels and to make gains"
how much do they cost

Check out the site... they are a little more expensive than regular eggs but they ar sooo more convient and you don;t have to cook them so more of the protein is usable AND you can save $ on your Whey Protein too!
