@Punkerthanthou6 haters gonna hate. this ensemble isn't made up of professional musicians, or even music majors. it's just something that a group of people that love video games and also play instruments gets together to do, but most people seem to think that if it's on youtube, it's gotta be perfect.

I just realized, the guy who's playing trumpet doesnt skip up the octave! In the music at about 0:45 or 0:47 its suposed to skip up to the octave above the scale but instead he plays it on the staff...

If he did, he'd be playing a high E, and then eventually, he'd have to hit a B above that to keep the phrase in the right octaves. Bill's really good, but he's not THAT good, haha. There're plenty of places where I compromise the right octave to make sure that it can actually be played.

haha, that's Bill. he's pretty much a bamf when it comes to trumpet.

If theres a problem with it, it might be the orchestration. We are all used to the 16 bit simulation of large orchestras, with delay and chorus effects, so it doesnt sound normal when theres an actual instrument playing each part. But perhaps if it were a large orchestra...

Well said. I like it. As you say it isn't pro. But who cares. Practise makes perfect. And as long as you love doing what your doing, that's what is important. People seem to forget that.
