PHIL 160 Presentation #2: "Constructing Inequality"

***PLEASE READ***
Hello! This is Daisy again, and I am going to be taking you through the finer philosophical points of Susan Bickford's paper, "Constructing Inequality". I urge you to enjoy my impartial and inoffensive stick-figures as they endeavor to amuse, as well as enlighten you!

Special thanks to my quadmate for flipping the drawings as I narrated.

Due to technical difficulties with a certain webcam I plan to catapult, I am writing the dialogue between the stick figures here, too. They are mostly silly references to my philosophy class.

Page 1:

"Oh my, reading books in public is ever so exciting!"
"Oh-o, I do concur!"

Page 3:
"Verily, I state that all dogs are black, like dear Maximillian Longtooth."
"I see your black canine. But sir, gander at my Reginald Boldtail, who is clearly white."
"What a crazy, random happenstance! You have opened a world of dog-color options to me, sir!"

"And so, my fellow citizens, I am pleased to announce that dogs of different colors exist and that these new, splendid pigmented pooches will be able to run and play in our city's parks!"

Page 5:
*The sign on the gate says "Out to Lunch"

Page 6:
"The hell...?"

Page 7:
Middle guy: "Sorry sir, this dog park is reserved for the gentry and their canines"
Left guy: "Ummm..."
Middle guy: "Move along, your dog is antagonizing a customer."

Guy on other side of Fence: "Oh, if it isn't that guy with the white dog, what a splendid fellow!"

Page 8:
Left Guy: "Hmm, that gentleman with the dog isn't here. I suppose he was lying about having a black AND white dog. Degenerate."
Left Guy: "Are you fucking kidding me?"

Page 9:
"FUCK!"

Page 10:
*The sign says "Dog Park"
