Delroy's is a cover version.

But I wonder if Sixto got his inspiration from Gene Kelly and the Muppets?

as a life time reggae fan and a recent fan of rodriguez, i was thrillled to find a bona fide cover of a rodriguez tune. in the linear notes of " rock on " niney the observer, its says delroy covered another rodriguez tune. does any one have any info on this other tune??? thanks - one love
