After much watching over and over and over and even having the NWS look this video over. In this video I have captured a small and weak but visible tornado at 2:21 in this video. Look really closely, it looks like a rain shaft but it has an 's' shape to it which possibly is a tornado, small but its there.

Well I nearly crashed into his car two times due to the amoung of dust in the air from the gravel road. darn close to rear ending until i swerved towards the ditch haha..
But thanks for the comments. Craig said when he was with me that I did some fantastic driving.

Good catch! This must've been the same system which generated a couple of cells over SW North Dakota earlier; I video-taped one passing about 2 miles N of our house; when I get better set up w/ computing power, I'll upload this, including about 30 second funnel on the ground. Did not know about the "3/4 rule"; interesting! Thanks for posting.

yes same system.. but whole different supercell.. this one formed north and west of Huron SD and headed southeast.
