Last week, we spoke about what Love is NOT. And how most of what we learnt about love from our family, society and popular culture may have, in fact, nothing to do with love whatsoever. Rather, it is a hideous monster called "co-dependency", addiction to the drug of approval, masquerading itself as Love.

So today what I would like to speak to you about is what Love actually IS. And this may (or may not!) be what you think it is. Click below to find out for yourself:

In this video, I will give you examples from my personal life and the lives of my clients on how deeply loving someone may actually mean doing things that they may resist and even strongly dislike at the moment. I told you it is going to be controversial!

Finally, I am giving you the process that will help you express your real, true Love in healthy ways.

  • dr. s, would you please do something about the lack of voice in so many of your videos on YouTube...we would like to hear what you have to say.

  • @mynewscence Some of our earlier videos were published with sound on only one of the two channels. So if one of your speakers is broken, it may appear that the videos don't have sound at all. I suggest you either connect your computer to different speakers / headphones or watch from another computer. Hope this works for you!

  • I felt this about my girlfriend in College who lived across the country. I realized that she would be happiest if she were able to enjoy her college life without a long distance relationship, and that I wanted her to be happy in the future even if her future didn't include me.

  • I am very thankful!
