Optagain. Sampling the Optigan again for the next release of Squids Trons for Reason. This is a vintage keyboard called an Optigan. It plays these optical discs that have recordings on them (similar to a Mellotron only this actually does have loops). A quirky groovy instrument! Noisy and gritty. You can hear Optigan on a lot of albums such as Fiona Apple and many others. Jon Brion loves to use it and you can hear it all over the film score of "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind". Squids Tron and other instruments for Reason, Kontakt, SampleTank and other samplers available on http://www.esoundz.com
had to replace the filter cap. and attach a grounded power chord and lots of soldering on the power supply
