Christie Engineering are a Sydney based family owned and run OEM that manufacture a range of engine powered equipment including soil tesing machines, auger rigs and battery chargers and post hammers. This video is a clients machie being tested before delivery. It is a 1.8M chain feed mast driven by a Honda GX690 motor, 1200Nm head with 1 1/8 hex output for 100mm augers. Pull out is around 3000kg with adjustable down feed. The machine is designed for soil and geotech testing in any soil types and soft rock.
