Tooling around on the 20.1 mile long Callisto "Cancer" Course -- my favorite course, because of the variety. When Pendulum's "The Island" came on, I had a sudden burst of energy, so I poured on the coals. It turns out, on this run, I set a new personal best for the course -- 57min, 37 seconds. I like to race against "my former self" each time -- keeps raising the bar so that I push harder and harder. This time I was so far out front of "my former self" that there's just one bike on the screen, but most of the time it's neck and neck. Check out Pendulum's new "Immersion" album and try to see them in concert. They are AMAZING!!!
