Fall 2011 Portfolio: Every Child is Special

We sometimes thought that we are already the most unlucky person in the world and sometimes we became depressed because we thought that all of our dreams in life seems to be so hard to reach. But think again, because in some other parts of the world there are those who couldn't able to eat three times a day, abused because of illiteracy, couldn't express their thought because of lack of freedom and the saddest part is, they are just children. I was walking along the streets of my place while suddenly a rugged looking child approached me and asked for some alms. I felt sad because how come things like this manage to exist on Earth. Isn't Earth a place created by God for people to share love, concern and care for one another? You think you are the most unlucky creature in this world, and probably you may also think that you are the most worthless being ever existed. But to be honest, you are just the key to change someone's life. Now if you are motivated to change other people's life you don't have to start big just to help a huge number of people, but try considering small simple steps. You'll see that at the end of the day great things comes in small packages.
