Very good critical review. I wouldn't call it nice as much as calm, maybe it was a bit too lenient but I think as a DBZ fan you looked really hard to find any redeeming quality in the movie. It's really sad they want to make a generic trilogy out of this, much less that they got a director that cared nothing for the source material. I mean honestly, studios bank on the fan support, so how can a movie that disrespects the source and author ever be a good idea?

you gave this movie way too much thought. plain blank this movie sucked. being dragonball fan i am so disappointed. if they make a second one, i will go outside the nearest theater and protest to destroy that film from ever being shown any where. heck i think a law would be better, BAN that horrible movie that basically has destroyed the image of dragon ball for people that dont know much about the anime series.
