See the description of the video. It may be annoying but sometimes we have to put up with people trying to drown us out with music from across the street. I believe someone ask the guy shooting the video a question during the time he was filming. The following is the description that goes with the video,
"Satan was at work that day with many distractions like sirens going off and music being turned up but as always God accomplished His sovereign purposes. Glory to God!"
