@iPLAYtheSTAT1ON no you dont have to use the NC feature and can use the cable without NC module...but then you might as well buy a K450 which IMO sounds better and costs cheaper too.

Lol, got mine for $99 around 4 months ago. was so lucky, check the day before i bought them and they were like 165 bucks. thank god i waited till the next day. Best headphones i've ever bought. Beats by dre got nothing on these headphones. Thank god i was broke when i really wanted the beats.

@Agomongo1235 Mine aren't either, they are 320. Depends were you get them from. For example, iTunes is all 256.

Hi uncletone, excellent review. I have a pair of these, and the noise suppression really come into its own during flights when I want to watch a movie or listen to some music on my iPhone. One small point--Apple's 256 kbps AAC music files on iTunes are not lossless. They are certainly of good quality, of course.

@Hegemoner yeah, they're not bad. And you're right, they're not lossless. What I meant was changing iTunes import settings when ripping a CD to 320Kbps and lossless encoding.
