i bought this 1 1/4 guitar when my son was very small. now, about 10 years later i asked his permission to turn it into a bariton uke. "make it reversible" was his comment...

  • @drewmharp the only bit that maight be tricky is knocking out the old saddle (if glued). Kick gently from all sides untill it loosens. And then it really pays off to make the new nut and saddle out of good material - bone for example.

  • I did the same thing with an inexpensive student guitar; now it's a baritone uke. I want to purchase a Clearwater Roundback Baritone Uke.
